I'm a Business Apps Specialist at Angel of the Winds, after a year at Blue Origin on the communication networks and mission control centers behind New Glenn launches. I hold a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma, and my path here ran through aerospace software at Boeing, identity & security consulting, teaching STEM, and front-line IT support. Now I work across all of it: infrastructure, IT, and technical writing.
The throughline is translation. As a Boeing intern I turned requirements into aerospace training software; as a consultant I turned access policies into working IAM; supervising a help desk I turned 700+ users' problems into resolutions and written procedure; at Blue Origin I turned infrastructure into something reliable and repeatable. Writing is the same instinct pointed at the page.

- Business Apps Specialist Back at Angel of the Winds, this time on the business applications side. Just started.
- Launch Comms IT Analyst II Owned documentation and configuration standards for the air-gapped communication networks behind New Glenn launches: Juniper switch and RHEL server fleets across Mission Control and two Hardware-in-the-Loop labs. Closed 94% of 780+ tickets over 12 months and resolved 65 network and infrastructure incidents. Brought 20+ Juniper switches online through the Ansible configuration pipeline, deployed Mission Control server configurations with Terraform, and wrote the playbooks that deploy, patch, and harden the RHEL nodes. When the program moved off VMware after the Broadcom acquisition, I migrated mission-critical VMs onto SUSE Harvester. Every network and server template went into version-controlled repositories, which now carry the program's mission-readiness audit trail.
- IT Help Desk Supervisor Led five technicians on a regulated 24/7 gaming operation with 700+ users. The team ran on undocumented working knowledge, so I rebuilt it around written procedure anyone could check. I wrote the SOPs, the training program, and the knowledge base, and handed the team the admin tooling one person had been holding, each tool with its written procedure attached. Resolution time fell 17% and first-touch resolution rose 10%. Managed MDM across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android on Intune, Autopilot, and Active Directory, and administered IAM, RBAC, Group Policy, and Exchange under tribal gaming and cybersecurity audit requirements.
- IT Help Desk Front-line support for 700+ users on the same gaming floor, overnights included. Resolved DNS, DHCP, VPN, and server performance issues across endpoints and servers. Trained people at their own workstations and kept escalating recurring failures to vendors until they were fixed at the source. Held a 99% 5-star satisfaction rating and was named Team Member of the Quarter, Q4 2024.
- STEM Educator, Pre-K through Grade 5 Designed and taught hands-on science, math, and reading for mixed-age groups across two learning centers. Wrote the materials students worked from directly, for readers with no prior context and no technical vocabulary. Lesson by lesson, I rewrote the exact step where they stalled until a five-year-old could follow it without adult help. Teacher of the Month, August 2022.
- IAM Integration Consultant Implemented SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow in client environments as head consultant for a team of four. Configured identities, groups, domains, rules, and firewalls across those environments. Owned the unit-test documentation for identity lifecycle, role access, authentication and authorization, rule governance, and privileged access, each validated against the written specification.
- Software Engineer Intern A multi-year co-op alongside my degree, on a team of five building AWACS flight-engineer training applications. The training they replaced had to happen in the air. Built them in C#, .NET, WPF, XAML, and MVVM, designed SQL Server databases of up to 100,000 rows across 40 tables, reviewed pull requests, and expanded the documentation. Supported Boeing's first team transitioning from waterfall to Scaled Agile and Scrum.
- B.S. Computer Science, minor in Mathematics Senior capstone: an embeddable web component for a learning management system, built in React and JavaScript.
